The Maine Paranormal Society provides every client with an experienced team of trained investigators, working professionally to provide you with the help needed to debunk or prove claimed paranormal activity. We as a team understand that signs of paranormal activity can make a stressful situation, our main goal is to help you the client in moving forward with your life by giving the knowledge, evidence, and support you need. All of our services are provided free of charge!

What you should expect:

After completing the form our Case Manager, Amanda will contact you via email to schedule a time to call you for an over the phone interview. This process will be a series of questions to help us further give you the support you need and also to get to know you a little better. Please allow at least 45 min for this conversation. After the phone conversation she will then pass that information to the team to begin research needed for an investigation. Once all the information has been gathered you will receive either a phone call or email scheduling an overnight investigation.

Field Investigation and Overnight Procedures:

During an overnight investigation we ask that the location be vacant of any occupants to decrease possible issues of contamination of evidence. If this is not possible, Only one adult (Over 18yrs of age) may be present during the investigation. When the team arrives you the client will be asked to provide us with a tour of the facilities, pointing out areas of activity and any safety hazards on or around the property. This is also your chance to ask the team of any questions you may have about us, your experiences, or the equipment we use. If any furniture needs to be moved we will ask your permission first and return it to it’s original position after the break down phase of the evening. When we leave we make every effort to make your home/business look as if we were never there.
