This was another investigation for us that was used as a training exercise. The Restaurant/Tavern has a rich history since the early 1800′s. Owner Dan Roberts was very accommodating to our team in allowing us to investigate until the following morning.

When asked by Lakes Region Weekly if he thought there were any ghosts present, Dan had this to say “There is certainly at least one. There’s been a steady influx of people telling me there was an Indian servant murdered up on that third floor. And there’s one area that’s always colder than the rest.

But she’s a very friendly ghost. I think she sees what we’re doing and feels the warmth. But there are definitely stories I could tell you about being here late at night, with the door locked doing work, and I hear the patter of feet upstairs and I have literally gone running upstairs to see if someone had come in. Many times, my tools have been misplaced, and I find them later or the next day.”

Unfortunately none of the team members experienced any paranormal activity that night, nor did we pick up anything with our audio or video equipment.
